Resident Care Assistant

Assist residents with daily living activities and support their health and wellness through hands-on care. Engage residents in conversation, activities, and community outings while helping maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment. Work closely with nursing staff to monitor resident wellbeing. Requires at least one year of direct care experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to safely assist with lifting and mobility.
