Job Summary
Assist residents with all care needs including bathing, dressing, continence care, dining and mobility support; manage residents' medications as per rules and regulations (training provided); maintain a clean, safe environment and assist with resident rooms; prepare and serve meals and assist with household cleaning as needed; position and support residents in a healthcare setting (assisted living/nursing home) with emphasis on compassionate senior care and safety; prior caregiving experience with seniors preferred; ability to perform physically demanding tasks and comply with background checks; multiple shifts available (12/8/Day/Evening/Night) in Millis, MA.
Required Qualifications
- Experience caregiving: 3 years (Preferred)
- No certification needed, but any prior training/certifications are a plus
- Able to perform tasks which may be physically demanding such as pushing, bending and lifting up to 20-35 lbs of supplies
- Agree to Background Check. CORI and/or other checks
- Work Location: In person
