Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care. Prepare residents for meals, snacks, and activities, and assist in the dining room by serving and clearing tables. Respond to the resident emergency call system and observe, document, and report any changes in residents' conditions to the Resident Care Coordinator. Transport residents when required and maintain all resident care documentation per State regulations and Navion Senior Solutions policies. Communicate with residents and family members in a polite, professional manner. This part-time role on the 1st shift (6a-2p) requires availability for every other weekend only. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Positive attitude
- Flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents

- Ability to make choices, decisions and act in the resident's best interest
- Written and verbal skills for effective communication
