Job Summary
Resident Care Aide on 2nd shift in Manning Square's assisted living community provides direct resident care including ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, incontinence care), meal preparation and dining assistance, and response to emergency calls. Responsibilities include documenting changes to residents’ condition per state regulations and Navion policy, communicating professionally with residents and families, transporting residents as needed, and supporting resident well-being. Requires high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, ability to work weekends/holidays, strong customer service in a team setting, and preferred experience with seniors. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED accepted and may be required per state regulations
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties in service to residents
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred
- Ability to make choices and act in resident's best interest
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
