Resident Care Aide (FT/PT)

Assist residents with memory impairment with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing, while maintaining their dignity and promoting independence. Ensure compliance with regulations regarding residents' rights and maintain accurate documentation of care. Immediately report any changes in a resident's condition, including signs of illness, behavioral changes, unmet personal care needs, medication concerns, or unknown whereabouts. Promote and encourage resident participation in community activities. Work flexible full-time or part-time shifts, including evening, overnight, and weekend hours, with a salary of $18.00–$22.00 per hour. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with CNA or HHA certification and one year of caregiving experience.
