Job Summary
Assist memory care residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing, while maintaining their dignity and promoting independence. Ensure compliance with regulations regarding residents' rights and maintain accurate documentation of care. Immediately report any changes in a resident's condition, including illness, behavioral changes, medication concerns, or unknown whereabouts, to the supervisor. Promote and encourage residents to participate in community activities. Full-time and part-time evening and weekend shifts available with a salary of $16.00–$17.00 per hour, including shift differential. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with CNA or HHA certification and one year of caregiving experience. Required Qualifications
- Compassion for and a genuine desire to work with older adults is required.
- High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate preferred.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification preferred, or as required by law.
- One year of caregiving experience preferred.
