Resident Care Aide

Provide resident care, monitoring, and assess medical conditions while reporting changes to the resident care manager. Develop open relationships through regular interaction, encouragement, and support. Serve meals, snacks, and beverages, assisting those who need help eating. Perform housekeeping duties and assist residents in organized activities. Maintain resident records through regular documentation and ensure confidentiality. Demonstrate sensitivity to comfort and privacy while applying appropriate lifting, transferring, infection control, and emergency preparedness techniques.
