Resident Associate | Full & Part Time 2nd | Part Time 3rd Shift

Direct patient care under licensed supervision for residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, transferring, personal hygiene, ambulation), weights and vital signs, and reporting abnormal findings. Performs housekeeping of resident suites and common areas, assists with dining, activities, and orientation of new residents, completes necessary forms, and adheres to infection control and safety practices. Requires effective communication with residents, staff, and visitors. Knowledge/skills include basic grammar school education with high school diploma or equivalent preferred; desirable traits include compassion, teamwork, reliability, ethics, and service-mindedness.
