Resident Assistant

Resident Assistant provides care to residents in a small home environment within a Personal Care Home, assisting with activities of daily living, nutrition, participation in activities, laundry and housekeeping. Requires Health Care Aide Certificate and Certified Food Handler Certificate, and demonstrates knowledge of PHIA/FIPPA, WHMIS, VPP; must be compassionate, able to communicate with residents and families, organize workload, and work effectively as part of a team; bilingual proficiency in English and French is essential for designated bilingual positions. Position is permanent, part-time, in-person in Carman, Manitoba, with days, evenings and weekends shifts.
