Resident Assistant - Willow Lane Assisted Living

Conduct resident care services, vital sign monitoring, and medication management per the Plan of Care. Respond promptly to emergency calls, answer resident alarms, and document all variations of care. Report changes in resident conditions to the Director of Nursing. Facilitate weekend and evening activities, serve meals, and perform cleaning and laundry duties. Fill in for open shifts as necessary. Work the full-time night shift from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, including every other weekend.
