Job Summary
Provide high-quality care and support to residents as a Wellness Resident Assistant. Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including teeth care, toileting, bathing, dressing, and incontinence; provide supervision or other non-weight-bearing assistance with transfer and ambulation; move carts and equipment safely; communicate and coordinate with residents and the care team; work under the supervision of the nurse in charge; quickly respond to emergency calls from Independent Living residents as directed by the nurse in charge.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- First Aid Certification
- Nursing Assistant experience preferred
