Job Summary
Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents by assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as teeth care, toileting, bathing, incontinence, and dressing, under nurse supervision. Support transfer ambulation as needed, transport carts and equipment safely, communicate and coordinate with residents and team, respond to emergency calls from Independent Living residents, and work as part of a care team to deliver person-centered care in a senior living setting.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma/GED
- Certification: First Aid Course
- Experience: Previous Nursing Assistant experience preferred
