Job Summary
Provide high-quality, cheerful, resident-centered care as part of the Wellness Resident Assistant team. Assist residents with ADLs (teeth care, toileting, bathing, incontinence and dressing) and provide non-weight-bearing assistance related to transfer ambulation under nurse supervision. Collaborate with team to communicate and coordinate resident needs, roll carts and equipment safely, respond to emergency calls, and support a respectful, person-centered care environment in a senior living setting.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma/GED
- Certification: First Aid Course
- Experience: Previous Nursing Assistant experience preferred
