Job Summary
Resident Assistant role (Part Time, Weekend Days) in Northfield, MN. Provide hands-on support to residents, including assistance with daily activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, mobility), meals and restorative care, engagement in social and wellness activities, and maintenance of a clean, comfortable environment. Monitor residents’ health and well-being and report changes to nursing staff. Requires compassionate communication, teamwork, and a CNA certification (preferred or required for some levels). On-site position in Minnesota/Wisconsin communities with competitive pay and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minnesota or Wisconsin CNA certification (preferred and may be required for some levels of assisted living)
- Ability to pass a state-required background study
- Clear and compassionate communication abilities
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English well enough to communicate with staff, residents, and visitors
