Job Summary
Provide direct care to residents according to their individualized care plans, assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), encourage resident independence, and monitor residents’ well-being. Maintain a safe environment, support residents during meals, and follow safety and privacy procedures. Effective communication with residents, families, and team members is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant or CNA program and current certification in states where required

- Previous experience in senior care or healthcare preferred
