Job Summary
As a Resident Assistant, you will provide direct care to residents according to their individualized care plans while assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. You will encourage resident independence and social interactions, and monitor residents’ well-being to report any changes. Your role includes maintaining a safe and clean environment, supporting residents during meals, and adhering to safety and privacy standards. Ideal candidates will demonstrate compassion, patience, and a resident-centered approach.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant or CNA program and current certification in states where required.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in senior care or healthcare preferred.
- Strong communication, observation, and time-management skills.
