Job Summary
As a Resident Assistant, you will provide direct care to residents according to their individualized plan of care and assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility. Your role will involve encouraging resident independence and monitoring their physical and emotional well-being. You will maintain a safe, clean, and homelike environment, support residents during meals, and follow all safety and privacy procedures while communicating effectively with residents, families, and team members.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant or CNA program and current certification in states where required.

- Previous experience in senior care or healthcare preferred.
- Compassion, patience, and a resident-centered approach.
- Strong communication, observation, and time-management skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks safely and provide support as needed.
