Job Summary
As a Resident Assistant, you will provide direct care to residents based on their individualized care plans, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility. This role requires strong communication and observation skills to monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being, encouraging their independence and social interaction while maintaining a safe and clean environment. Compassion, patience, and time-management skills are essential for successfully supporting residents during meals and following all safety and infection control procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant or CNA program and current certification in states where required.
