Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, dining), support meal service and nutrition, organize and participate in leisure activities to promote socialization, maintain accurate records of activities and changes in residents' conditions, ensure a clean and safe environment, respond to emergencies, and collaborate with teammates; requires weekend/holiday availability, and a High School diploma or GED with 6 months to 1 year of senior-care experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 6 months to 1 year of prior resident care experience, preferably with seniors
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, good judgment, and attention to detail
- Understanding of HIPAA requirements
