Resident Assistant

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and dining, while encouraging independence. Serve meals in dining rooms or apartments, encourage proper nutrition and hydration, and initiate leisure activities to foster socialization. Maintain accurate records of activities, incidents, and resident condition changes, ensuring a clean and safe environment through general housekeeping. Respond quickly to resident requests via emergency call pendants and phones, knowing each resident's location and reporting unlocated individuals immediately. Foster a cooperative team environment, attend required in-service training, and serve as an active member of the emergency response team. Available for full shifts from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., weekends, and holidays.
