Job Summary
Provide direct care to seniors as a Resident Assistant. Responsibilities include assisting with personal cares as scheduled, performing housekeeping duties, passing medications and supervising residents' self-administration, and observing residents to report changes in physical and emotional condition. Shifts are part-time: 2p–10:30p (40 hours bi-weekly, includes every other weekend) and 10p–6:30a (32 hours bi-weekly, includes every other weekend). Shift differentials apply for overnights and weekends. Benefits include paid time off, a 403b retirement plan, health insurance (for employees at 30+ hours/week), dental and vision insurance, and tuition reimbursement for post-secondary nursing degree programs. Must communicate in English. A criminal background check is required prior to starting work. Location: Wadena, MN, USA.
