Job Summary
Provide tenants with the highest quality of direct routine care in all activities of daily living under the supervision of the licensed nurse or AL Clinical Manager. Apply skills in basic nursing, personal care, and basic restorative services while addressing mental health, social service, and cognitively impaired tenant needs. Promote independence, autonomous decision-making, and the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being as part of the interdisciplinary care team. On-call for all shifts including 6:00am-2:00pm, 2:00pm-10:00pm, 6:00am-6:00pm, and 10:00am-6:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the healthcare industry
