Job Summary
Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and dietary needs. Administer medications and ensure proper documentation in compliance with healthcare standards. Provide individualized physical and mental support to preserve residents' dignity and promote well-being. Perform light housekeeping tasks and communicate health status updates to medical personnel while maintaining accurate records. Required Qualifications
