Job Summary
Resident Assistant position in Belton, TX at 4-K Housing's Stoney Brook community. Responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and getting to meals/activities), maintaining daily resident records per policy, observing and reporting changes in residents’ health and emotional condition, ensuring a clean, safe environment, and supporting residents’ independence according to individual service plans. Requires 6 months to 1 year of prior resident care experience (preferably with seniors), ability to communicate effectively, HS diploma or GED, English proficiency, and successful background check. Full-time, in-person shifts with weekends/holidays on rotation. Required Qualifications
