Job Summary
Assist residents and patients with daily personal care needs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Support patients with feeding and nutritional intake while performing light tasks related to ambulation, repositioning, and safety. Take vitals, monitor basic health indicators, and report changes in condition to the care team. Observe patients and notify appropriate staff of any care or behavioral concerns. Maintain CPR certification and required compliance training for long-term care settings. Work flexible shifts in local assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and rehab facilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- Required compliance training to work in long-term care and assisted living
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support patients safely
- Good communication skills
