Job Summary
Provide personal care and assistance to residents at Montello Care Center under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, monitoring health status and vital signs, medication management notes, assisting with meals, facilitating activities to promote socialization, maintaining a clean and safe living environment with infection control, assisting with transfers and mobility, collaborating with doctors, nurses, and therapists, reporting incidents or changes in condition, upholding resident rights and dignity, and pursuing ongoing professional development through offered training. The role offers competitive wages starting at $15.00/hour (RA) with CNA wages starting at $16.00/hour, shift differentials, benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, 401K, flexible scheduling, and paid training.
