Job Summary
Quality of Life Specialist/Resident Assistant Shower Aide needed for Monday–Friday 6a–2p shift. Provide high-quality personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, incontinent care), assist with mealtime, document shift activities, communicate with residents, families, and nursing leadership, and provide planned activities. Respond to call lights and emergencies in a timely manner. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with one year of CNA/PCA/HHA/RA experience preferred.
