Resident Assistant Scheduler

Job Summary
The Resident Assistant Scheduler coordinates and maintains master staffing schedules to ensure 24/7/365 coverage for Resident Assistants, including on-site scheduling and off-site/on-call responsibilities. Responsibilities include managing call-ins, shift trades, and overtime, and updating staffing references. The role also provides direct resident care support (e.g., shower assists, call-light response, RA backup) and participates in on-site duties such as dining support and supply orders. The position is primarily Monday–Friday with on-call and one assigned weekend per month. Requires strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, effective communication with department leaders, and proficiency with scheduling systems and Microsoft Office (Excel preferred). On-site scheduling duties and on-call responsibilities span evenings, weekends, and holidays, with accountability for documenting attendance, coverage, and compliance. Training and onboarding support, MOD weekend/holiday rotation participation, and additional duties as assigned are included.
Required Qualifications
- Prior scheduling or staffing coordination experience preferred (healthcare or senior living strongly preferred)
- CNA certification or 5+ years RA experience preferred
- Medication management experience is a plus
