Job Summary
Resident Assistant at Wellington Place at Hartford provides routine resident care and companionship in a 30-bed CBRF community. You’ll observe residents and alert staff to changes, assist with mobility (wheelchair/walker), toileting, bathing, dressing, hygiene, feeding, and light cleaning. The role supports growth in healthcare through an employer-paid training program to become a state Certified Nursing Assistant. Wages start at $16.00–$19.00 per hour, with shift differentials for certain shifts, and benefits include health insurance, PTO after 90 days, tuition reimbursement, 401K, paid training, and more.
