Resident Assistant (RA)

Provides quality resident-directed care in a home-like environment, assisting with activities of daily living, administering medications, updating and maintaining resident records, and supporting light housekeeping, meal service, and life enrichment activities. Utilizes the resident service plan and resident story to deliver personalized care, supports residents with ambulation, transfers, and positioning, maintains privacy and dignity, responds to the resident notification system, documents changes for the clinical team, reports safety concerns, and contributes to a collaborative Resthaven environment with emphasis on safety, confidentiality, and compassionate service.
