Resident Assistant - PRN - Jenison

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Monitor residents for changes in condition and report observations to leadership. Encourage resident engagement in activities, programs, and social events while following individualized care plans to ensure high-quality, person-centered care. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in resident apartments and common areas, and support residents with meals, hydration, and light housekeeping. Build positive, respectful relationships with residents, families, and team members, and support new resident orientation to help them feel welcome in the community.
