Job Summary
Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, and mobility. Support residents with meals, restorative care, and life skills while encouraging engagement in social, recreational, and wellness activities. Maintain a clean environment through housekeeping, laundry, and organizing spaces, and prepare, store, and serve meals and snacks. Monitor and report health or emotional changes to nursing staff and welcome new residents to ensure smooth transitions. Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and ensure exceptional care. This role requires strong collaboration, clear communication, and critical thinking skills, with a preference for Minnesota or Wisconsin CNA certification. No supervisory responsibilities are included.
