Job Summary
As a Resident Assistant at Vivie, you will provide hands-on support to residents, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, and mobility. You will support residents during meals, promote engagement in social and wellness activities, and help maintain a clean environment. Strong collaboration skills, effective communication, and a commitment to integrity are essential. A background in caregiving is preferred, and certification as a CNA in Minnesota or Wisconsin may be required for some positions.
