Job Summary
Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and dietary needs. Administer medications and ensure proper documentation in compliance with healthcare standards. Provide individualized physical and mental support to preserve residents' dignity and promote well-being. Perform light housekeeping tasks when time allows and communicate residents' health status with medical personnel. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided. This role supports individuals with physical and mental health challenges through a person-centered approach, fostering independence and stability in our housing and home care services.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Ability to pass a background check
