Job Summary
Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, and mobility. Support residents with meals, restorative care, and life skills while encouraging engagement in social, recreational, and wellness activities. Maintain a clean environment through housekeeping, laundry, and space organization, and prepare, store, and serve meals and snacks. Monitor and report changes in residents' health or emotional well-being to nursing staff, and welcome new residents to help them transition smoothly. Perform other duties as assigned to support the team. This part-time role includes every other weekend and holiday requirements, offering competitive pay with employer-matched retirement and comprehensive benefits. Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a caregiver, personal care assistant, or similar role
- Minnesota or Wisconsin CNA certification
