Job Summary
Resident Assistant role providing direct resident care under supervision of the Charge Nurse. Responsibilities include nutritional care, continence care, mobility assistance, personal hygiene, comfort and quality of line needs, effective communication with residents and staff, and adherence to the resident care plan. Requires CNA/NA training and ability to document care, observe and report changes, and support therapeutic activities and daily living needs of residents. Part-time overnight schedule based in Rushford, MN with potential travel as needed and benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Must have successfully completed an approved NA training program and by on the Minnesota NA Registry or shall be enrolled in an approved training program and successfully complete that class and testing within 4 months of the date of hire.
