Job Summary
Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, and mobility. Support residents with meals, restorative care, and life skills while encouraging engagement in social, recreational, and wellness activities. Maintain a clean environment through housekeeping, laundry, and organizing spaces, and prepare, store, and serve meals and snacks. Monitor and report changes in residents' health or emotional well-being to nursing staff. Welcome new residents to help them transition smoothly. Perform other duties as assigned to support the team, ensuring exceptional care without supervisory responsibilities. Requires strong collaboration, clear communication, and physical ability to perform duties.

Desired Qualifications
