Job Summary
Resident Assistant in Little Falls, MN (on-site, part-time evenings 4 p.m.–9 p.m., 40 hours/pay period). Provides hands-on resident support including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, mobility, meal support, restorative care, life skills, and organized activities; Monitor health and emotional well-being and report changes to nursing staff; Welcome new residents and aid transitions; Maintain clean and comfortable spaces through housekeeping and laundry; Serve meals and promote positive dining; Collaborate with team to deliver compassionate care; CNA certification preferred and state background check required; role includes non-exempt, hourly pay with benefits and limited supervisory duties.
Required Qualifications
- Minnesota or Wisconsin CNA certification (preferred and may be required for some levels of assisted living)
- Ability to pass a state-required background study
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Clear and compassionate communication abilities
- Previous experience as a caregiver, personal care assistant, or similar role is preferred but not required
