Resident Assistant, Part-Time

Part-Time Resident Assistant responsible for providing personal care and delegated health-related services designed to maintain residents’ physical and emotional well-being, following the individualized care plan and service schedule. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (dressing, grooming, bathing, eating, toileting, ambulation, transferring), AM/HS cares and oral care, incontinence care, assisting with medications as delegated by the RN, observing and documenting changes in residents’ condition, promoting independence, collaborating with the Clinical Director/RN, completing scheduled cleaning tasks, leading and assisting resident activities, addressing safety hazards, and performing other duties as assigned. Location is Abiitan Ecumen in Minneapolis, MN; shifts include 3:00pm-11:15pm and 11:00pm-7:15am, with bi-weekly hours and rotating weekends/holidays; benefits and parking are provided.
