Job Summary
Resident Assistant responsible for supervising residents during 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. shifts in Quinco’s dedicated living facilities, including monitoring medications, preparing meals, cleaning and laundry, and facilitating planned activities under the Residential Team Leader. Must complete shift documentation (daily logs, reportable occurrences, medication sheets) and be available on-call. Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED (or higher), a valid driver’s license with an F endorsement and a good driving record, and certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Non-violent crisis intervention. Primary duties emphasize supervision of residents, medication oversight per policy, and implementation of activities and care plans in a quiet facility environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or higher
- Current driver’s license with a “F” endorsement and good driving record
- Ability to read and write; ability to write brief reports on resident behavior
- CPR and First Aid certification, and Non-violent crisis intervention training
