Job Summary
Resident Assistant to help residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as teeth care, bathing, toileting, incontinence, and dressing, under nurse supervision and in a team-based care setting. Responsibilities include supervising or assisting with transfer ambulation as needed, responding to emergency calls from Independent Living residents, coordinating with the nursing team, and providing care in dementia/memory care environments. Requires working alongside Partners to deliver person-centered care and may involve supports across Otterbein communities (home health, hospice, or campus settings). Education requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent (certification not required).
