Job Summary
As a Resident Assistant, you will provide hands-on support to residents by assisting with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and mobility. You will support their meals and life skills, encourage engagement in social and wellness activities, and help maintain a clean environment. Your role includes monitoring residents' health, welcoming new residents, and performing various team support duties. This position requires strong collaboration and communication skills, critical thinking, and a commitment to high-quality care.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications

- Minnesota or Wisconsin CNA certification (preferred and may be required for some levels of assisted living)
