Job Summary
Resident Assistant provides personal care and related services to residents per individualized service and care plans; responsibilities include vital signs, assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, incontinence care, nutrition, ambulation, transfers, positioning, medication reminders, ISPs adherence, infection control, HIPAA, documenting progress, encouraging resident engagement, participating in trainings, and performing additional duties as assigned; requires at least a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent), minimum six months caregiving experience, completion of medication management course, CPR within 90 days of hire, and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum six months caregiving experience, preferably with elderly residents
- Completion of required medication management course
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire
