Job Summary
Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, and mobility. Support residents with meals, restorative care, and life skills while encouraging engagement in social, recreational, and wellness activities. Maintain a clean environment through housekeeping, laundry, and space organization, and monitor health or emotional changes to report to nursing staff. Welcome new residents to ensure smooth transitions. Perform other duties as assigned to support the team. This role requires strong teamwork, compassionate communication, and physical ability to perform care tasks, with a preference for Minnesota or Wisconsin CNA certification. No supervisory responsibilities are included.
