Resident Assistant - On Call

Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living including dressing, bathing, personal hygiene, and mobility devices. Support Instrumental Activities such as telephone use, housekeeping, laundry, and escorting residents for transportation and mail delivery. Administer medications while monitoring supplies and documentation. Monitor residents' physical and cognitive status through room checks and rounds, reporting changes to the Director or LPN. Assist with dining tasks like setting tables, serving meals, and bussing. Participate in the resident-centered activity program and respond to emergency situations. Maintain facility housekeeping by cleaning common areas and replacing supplies. Work on-call rotations at Forest Glen and Shepherd's Inn.
