Job Summary
As a Resident Assistant, provide hands-on support to residents including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, mobility, meal support, and daily activities; promote social, recreational, and wellness engagement; maintain a clean, safe living environment through housekeeping and laundry; assist with meal service and dining experiences; monitor residents' health and well-being and report changes to nursing staff; help new residents transition smoothly and collaborate with the care team to ensure dignity, joy, and companionship for residents. Strong collaboration, clear communication, and a commitment to compassionate care are essential; previous caregiving or similar roles are preferred. Requires Minnesota or Wisconsin CNA certification (preferred and may be required for some levels) and the ability to pass a background study.
