Job Summary
As a Resident Assistant, you will provide direct care to residents by assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility while ensuring a safe and clean living environment. Responsibilities include monitoring residents’ well-being, supporting their independence, and maintaining communication with families and team members. Candidates must have completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant program, current certification where required, and possess strong communication and observation skills.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant or CNA program and current certification in states where required.
