Resident Assistant - Noel Manor

Document resident cares and services per the Plan of Care, monitor vital signs, and manage medication reminders as delegated. Respond promptly to emergency calls and resident alarms, reporting any condition changes to the Director of Nursing. Facilitate weekend and evening activities, serve meals, and perform cleaning and laundry duties as required. Fill in for open shifts to maintain coverage. Start at $20.00 per hour with shift differentials for PM, NOC, and weekends. Full-time roles earn a $2,000 sign-on bonus; part-time earns $1,000. Includes PTO, medical, dental, and vision insurance.
