Job Summary
Provide direct care to residents according to their individualized plan of care, assisting with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility. Maintain a safe, clean, and homelike environment while supporting resident rights, choices, and dignity during meals and social interactions. Monitor physical and emotional well-being, report changes to supervisors, and communicate effectively with families and team members while following all safety, infection control, and privacy procedures. This full-time role requires a state-approved CNA certification and offers health, dental, and vision insurance along with paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant or CNA program and current certification in states where required
- Ability to perform physical tasks safely and provide support as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in senior care or healthcare preferred
