Job Summary
Answer signal lights, bells, or intercom systems to determine residents' needs and assist with activities of daily living, laundry, and light housekeeping. Maintain physical environments in a clean, safe, and pleasant manner while performing other related activities as assigned. This role supports residents across six Assisted Living locations in Mahoning and Columbiana Counties, including The Inn at Christine Valley, Briarfield Manor, and The Inn at Poland Way. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- current First Aid Certification
- obtain First Aid Certification within 60 days of hire
- pass Background Check
- pass Mantoux (TB) Test
- agree to Drug Free Work Place policy
